MINER FATALLY HURT
ACCIDENT A MYSTERY

GRKYMOUTH, Monday.
Andrew Watkinson. middle-aged, married, with no family, was found lying seriously injured on the rope road in the Blackball mine this morning. He never recovered consciousness and died this afternoon. The men were working within a few yards of Watkinson and knew nothing of the mishap which is a mystery.
