SUMMARY OF RESULTS Results of races held by city and suburban, pigeon flying clubs on Saturday are as follow: The Point Chevalier Homing Club’s second race of the second series from Te Kuiti (airline 106 miles) was won by Mr. E. Royalty won the Ponsonby Club's first race of the second series from Te Awa(mutu (airline 86 miles), with a velocity of 1.035yds a minute; Mr. R. Speir's b c h Lone Ace (I.o3lyds) second; Messrs. Davies and Son's r c c Recoil (I,o2Byds) third. The Auckland Society’s second race of the second series from Te Awamutu resulted in a win for Mr. E. Buchanan's b b h Eldora. with a velocity of I.looyds a minute; Messrs. Moore Bros.’ b p h Miss Marere (1.008yds) second; Messrs. Wright Bros.’ h c h Ramona (1.094yd5) third. Bringing its record up to three firsts in five starts. Mr. R. Oliver’s w c White Reliance won the North Shore Club’s race from Huntly (airline 56 miles, with a velocity of 860yds a minute; Mr. A. Gilbert’s r c Red Racer (850vds) second; Mr. E. Andrew’s p h Triumphant 11. (847yds) third. After a little under six hours in the air. Messrs. Scott Bros.' b p h Surprise won the Avalon Club's race from Hunterville (airline 225 mites), with a velocity of I.ll3yds a minute: Messrs. Knight and Hansen's be h Expense (1,111yds) second. Owing to the time at which the bird* were liberated not being received by the Onehunga Club, no flying times are available for the club's annual singlebird Derby from Palmerston North (airline 240 miles), which was won bv Mr J.
