WESTPORT RACES CONCLUDING DAY WESTPORT, To-day. The concluding day of the Westport Jockey Club’s races was held to-day in fine weather. The course was in good order and there was a large attendance. Results were as follow: FLYING HACK HANDICAP Of £65; 6 furlongs 1 ROYAL LOVER 1 3—SHINING STAR 2 S—RINA MUNGA 3 Ser.: Lord Middleton, Fair Go and Seventh Heaven. Won by a head, with a length between second and third. Time, 1.18 2-5. DENNISTON HANDICAF TROT, Of £80; 1 mile. 2 RETA NELSON 1 3 BINGEN WILKES 2 7—LINCOLN POINTER 3 Scratched: Jingle Bells. Hilda McKinney. Won by a length, with three between second and third. Time, 2.20 2-5. WESTPORT CUP Of £135: U miles I—RAMESES 1 3—SMITHEREENS 2 S—GOOSESTEP . . . . 3 Scr.: Moorland. Won by half a head, with a neck between second and third. Time, 2.11 3-5. Later results will be found m the Stop Press as they come to Hand. C.J.C.
