FULLER AND SONS’ DEBENTURES CLOSING DATE EXTENDED The directors of John Fuller and Sons, !Ltd.. announce that, owing to the proximity of the Easter vacation, and in order to enable country investors to have ample time for lodging their applications, they have extended until Tuesday, April 30, the closing date for their issue of £300,000 first mortgage debenture stock. All moneys bear interest at 6i per rent, from the date of payment to the company, and. should any of the stock not be applied for by the public, it is intended to subscribe for it privately.
