MEMORIAL SERVICE AT WESTMINSTER ROMAN CATHOLIC SERVICE British Official Wireless Reed. 10.56 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. The Prince of Wales will represent the King at a memorial service at the Westminster Roman Catholic Cathedral for Marshal Foch tomorrow.

Prince Arthur of Connaught will also attend. The Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, with the Foreign Secretary, Sir Austen Chamberlain, and the Secretary for War, Sir Laming Worthington-Evans, will represent the Government.

Earl Jellicoe will be there on behalf of the British Legion.
