His Majesty has j reached a state at which the possi- | bility of taking him for short motorj car rides is contemplated, j His Majesty spent the longest j period so far out of doors in a bath chair. He was in the grounds of Craigweil House for nearly two j hours this morning, and then walked a short distance back to the house. Nurse Gordon, of St. Thomas's Hospital, left Craigweil House to-day on leave. Before she went his Majesty personally handed her the Royal Red Cross Medal of the second class. Only two nurses now remain in attendance on the King.
