SYDNEY, Tuesday. Another action at law has been commenced against Squadron-Leader Kingsford Smith and Flight-Lieuten-aoit Ulm. Henry Hitchcock is claiming £I,OOO for an alleged breach of contract. Plaintiff contends that it was agreed he should assist in gathering funds for the Pacific flight, also that he should accompany the flyers. He says he waived his right on the understanding that he should be paid £I,OOO on the completion of the flight. Defendants deny any indebtedness to plaintiff. Th« case i» proceeding.
