MOTOR-CYCLIST INJURED
COLLISION WITH MOTOR-CAR While riding down Campbell Road, near the Harp of Erin, about 10 o’clock last evening, a motor-cyclist, Alfred Jones, aged 20, came into collision with a motor-car.
He was thrown heavily and suffered concussion of the brain. There was a passenger on the pillion of the machine who escaped without injury though the car went completely over the cycle. Mr. Jones was taken to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance and this morning his condition was reported to be satisfactory.
