ALLOCATION OF FUNDS Press Association WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Professor Condliffe was the guest of honour at the Rotary Club luncheon to-day. Ho is research secretary of the Pacific Relations Institute, Honolulu. He said the object of his visit to New Zealand was to consult with the New Zealand group of the institute in preparation for the next triennial conference at Japan beginning on October 28. The International Research Committee, which meets at the same time, will decide th© allocations of substantial research funds, recently granted to the institute by the American Educational Foundation.
