HAMILTON COUNCIL’S DECISION (From, Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, Tuesday. With a view to solving the traffic g congestion problem in Victoria Street, Y the Hamilton Borough Council some . four weeks ago inaugurated a system of angle parking. This system, however, gave cause for strong criticism on the grounds that it not only augmented congestion in this busy thoroughfare but was a source of danger. At the last meeting of the Borough Council it was unanimously decided to revert to the old parallel system.
