LATE SHIPPING
TOFUA’S PASSENGERS.—The Union Company’s Island passenger steamer Tofua, which arrived in the stream at Auckland at 12.10 p.m. to-day from the Islands, berthed about 1.20 p.m. at tlie Queen’s Wharf. Except for the last few hours, the Tofua experienced fail* to moderate weather for her run round the Islands. The. following passengers returned by the vessel: Misses Jackson, Judd (2), Murdoch, Mitchinson, Stowers, Mesdanies Case, Griffin, Grant, Judd, Murdoch, Partridge, Reichlemann and boy, Turner and two boys, Wastall, Messrs. Avery, Ambler, Case, Franzen, Gillanders (2), Hopkins, Leper, McGee, Murdoch, Pattinson, Pepper, E. Riley, W. C. Stubbs, Shepperd, Tavlor, Wooderidge, Dr. A. H. Tovey. The Tofua is scheduled to leave Auckland at 11 a.m. next Saturday on her return trip to Fiji, Tonga and Samoa. ROUND THE COAST NEW PLYMOUTH, March IS.— Arrived: Coptic (6 a.m.). from Gisborne. Sailed: Indianola (12.45 p.m.), for Westport. WELLINGTON, March IS.—Sailed: Totara (12.5 p.m.), for Lyttelton; Kotiti (12.10 p.m.), for Foxton.
