RACE CROWDS GREW WHEN BROADCASTING WAS SUSPENDED
Reed. 9.45 a.m. BRISBANE, To-day. There were improved attendances ; at the Ascot races on Saturday and in the previous week, when wireless broadcasting of descriptions of the events was suspended. This will probably mean the banning of broadcasting from the Brisbane courses for time.
