MAY EXAMINE BOOKS AND PROSECUTE N.S.W. COLLIERY OWNER
Reed. 9.55 a.m. CANBERRA, To-day. The Federal Attorney-General, the Hon. J. G. Latham, refused to make comment on a report from Kurri, that Federal officers had instructions to examine the books of a leading- colliery proprietor, and institute proceedings against him. From other sources it is stated that the report is well-founded.
