TO TEACH TEMPERANCE
The Congregational Union at Napier yesterday carried a resolution: “That this council of the Congregational Church of New Zealand urges that immediate steps be taken by each church to set up a special committee for the purpose of co-operating with the New Zealand Alliance in the fostering of a temperance sentiment.”— P.A.
