HUSBAND KILLED AT WORK Judgment by consent for £I,OOO was given in the Arbitration Court this morning in the case of Agnes M. McEnteer, widow, Mount Albert, v. George McCaul, manufacturing plumber, Wellesley Street. The claimant’s husband, Thomas Joseph McEnteer, was employed by Mr. McCaul at £5 a week and on December 3. 1928, was killed.

The deceased fell through an opening in the floor of Mr. McCaul’.s factory into a cellar and received injuries which a few hours later proved fatal.
