The police at Methven and Rakaia are searching for Bernice Thompson, a single girl aged 24, the daughter of Joseph Thompson, of MoLint Somers. She left her employer’s residence at Methven at S o’clock on Monday night and has not been seen since. She did not say where she was going, and did not take her hat or purse.—P.A.
