NOISY MOTOR CYCLES
Noisy motor-cycles formed the subject of a complaint by Cr. R. G. Speight to the Onehunga Borough Council last evening. It was decided that the borough’s traffic inspector ■be instructed scrupulously to enforce I the regulations against speeding.
