ODDFELLOWS’ CONFERENCE

OPENING TO-MORROW The annual conference of the Manchester Unity Oddfellows opens at Auckland to-morrow morning, when more than 100 delegates, representing 60 lodges in the Auckland Province, are expected to be present. The Grand Lodge officers, Brother Fred Pritchard. Grand Master. Brothe** U. S. M. Quigley, Deputy-Grand Master, and Brother A. G. Shrimpton. Grand Secretary, are coming from the South to conduct the installation of the in-coming district officers. The Mayor of Auckland. Mr. G. Baildon, has promised to give an official reception to the Grand Lodge officers and delegates.
