LABOUR CONFIDENT
COMING BRITISH ELECTION LEADER PREDICTS VICTORY (United Service) Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Sunday. The Leader of the Labour Party, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, predicts a Labour victory at the coming elections.
