FROM A LETTER

On© of my hobbies is breeding butterflies or moths. I pierce holes in the lid of a box in which I keep a caterpillar plentifully supplied with the flowers and leaves of 'the plant on which. I found it. It is lovely to see the butterfly or moth emerge from the chrysalis and fly away joyfully on its new wings, or hover round the flowers, sipping the sweet nectar. —Cathleen Fletcher (aged 13).
