A ROYAL VISITOR,—The Dowager Queen, Emma, of the [Netherlands, is due to arrive in Condon to-day on a private visit. She is coming to England for the express purpose of seeing the Anglo-Dutch art exhibition at Burlington House- <£ueen Emma, who will travel incognito, will begin her return journey to Holland in the evening.—British Wireless.
