VAGRANT S WEEK IN GAOL WILL LOOK FOR WORK NOW Much cleaner, and apparently more L content, than when he first appeared I in the Police Court dock a week ago, William John Lugg reappeared this morning for sentence on a charge of \ vagrancy. Sub-Inspector McCarthy said that Lugg. who was a labourer, aged 44. had been remanded fpr a clean-up.
