JUDGE OVERRIDES JURY Press Association GISBORNE, To-day. Disregarding the Grand Jury’s finding of a true bill against Joe Te Rec on a charge of unlawfully wounding a cow, Mr. Justice Ostler took the responsibility of discharging the prisoner without a trial.
