JUDGES’ MOVEMENTS

APPEAL COURT SESSION Mr. Justice Kennedy, who has been presiding over the Supreme Court sessions now in progress in Auckland, will leave during the week-end to take bis seat on the Court of Appeal which begins in Wellington on Monday. It is expected that Mr. Justice Blair, who is now occupied with the Supreme Court at Hamilton, will arrive here to continue the civil business of the Auckland session.
