Constable Xi. W. Watters, who is leaving Rot« irua, was presented with a pipe by Lrts comrades on Saturday. Sergeant Hcgan and Constables Mallabond and JJohnson paid a tribute to Constable ''fc/atters’s character and work, and vfished him success. ConWatters suitably replied.
