CRUDE TRAFFIC TALLY
MAGISTRATE’S CRITICISM (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. “The methods of issuing heavy-traffic licences by local authorities appear to be very crude,” stated Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Hamilton Police Court to-day*, when Stanley McConna - chie was charged with driving a lorry without a licence and identificationplate. The case was dismissed, evidence showing that a licence had been taken out by defendant although his application form had not been prepared properly by* the local authority.
