Dispatches from the Russo-Afghan frontier which have reached Moscow report the opening of hostilities between the ex-King Amanullah of Afghanistan and the rebel, Bacchasakao, who proclaimed himself King and assumed the title of Habibullali Khan. These reports state that the fighting has begun around Maidan, 18 miles from Kabul.
