Also advised that no plans for bridge have yet been submitted to either Marine ©* Public Works Department, hence they can have no responsibility for delav If you will forward plans necessary under Harbours Act can assure you ©f prompt consideration and. if satisfactory, early approval.”

On the motion of the chairman it was decided to place the full facts before the Marine and Public Works Departments.
