WHOOPING-COUGH SERUM
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 9.18 a.m. BERLIN, Wednesday. Scientists at Jena University claim to have invented a serum for whooping cough. Seventy children inoculated with the serum were brought in contact with acute cases, and only four children were infected with whooping cough.
