BATCHELOR AGAIN REMANDED Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. The solicitor, John Black Batchelor, was again remanded by Mr. E. E. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day when he appeared on two charges of theft of £986 and £3OO, respectively. “I do not think that Batchelor’s mentality is conducive to his admission to bail," said the magistrate, in refusing counsel’s application for bail, and grunting a remand until March 5.
