THAMES GUN CLUB
(From Our Oicn Correspondent) THAMES. Sunday. The cup presented to the Thames Gun Club by the Colonial Ammunition Company three years ago is still being competed for by the members of the club. The conditions are that the cup must be won twice in succession or three times at intervals. So far no competitor has two wins to his credit, and on Saturday another winner was added to the list, when Mr. G. Thompson, of the local post office, shot the possible—all first barrel. The results of the afternoon shoot are: No. 1 Swee;t;take, 7 birds.—G. Shaw. 1; W. R. Smith, 2; A. McLean. F. S. Miller and N. Jonasscn tied for third. No. 2 Shoot for Dr. lfiggin’s* Trophy, 7 birds.—N. Jonassen, 1; E, Thornton. 2; W. R. Smith, 3. No. 3. C.A.C. Cup, 10 birds.—«C. Thompson, 1; W. R. Smith, N. Joni ssen and A. McLean tied for third.
