MAUNGANUI LEAVES SYDNEY.— According to cable advice received by the local office of the Union Company, the intercolonial passenger steamer Maunganui left Sydney at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon for Auckland, where she is expected next Tuesday morning.

KEKERANGU FOR SYDNEY.—Due at Auckland at G. 30 p.m. to-day from Newcastle, the Union Company’s cargo steamer Kekerangu. after discharge of her South Australian cargo here, leaves next Tuesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Sydney.

INKUM CALLS NEWCASTLE.—Advice received by Russell and Somers states that the steamer Inkum, en route from Bunbury with hardwoods for discharge at Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, calls at Newcastle for bunkers, and is expected to arrive at Auckland about the middle of next week.

WAITEMATA RADIOS.—The local office of the Union Company bad been advised by radio that, the transpacific cargo steamer Waitemata is expected to arrive at Auckland on Wednesday next from the Pacific Coast. After discharge here, the vessel proceeds to Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney to complete.

THE PORT ALMA.—The C. and D Line advises that the Port Alma, which arrived at Timaru on Thursday afternoor from Port Chalmers, will sail to-night foi Wellington. The vessel is due there or Sunday, and will now sail from Wellington next Tuesday for London, viz Panama.

RUAHINE DUE WEDNESDAY. A radio message received by the £*ew Zealand Shipping Company states that the liner Ruahine is expected to arrive at Wellington on Wednesday afternoon next from London and Southampton. The liner has passengers and mails for disembarkation at Wellington, and cargo for discharge at Wellvogton and Auckland. She is due here about March 6.

AORANGI REPORTS. —According to a radio message received by the local office of the Union Company, the R.M.M.S. Aorangi is expected to arrive in the stream at Auckland at 3 o’clock to-mor-row afternoon from Vancouver, via way ports. About an hour later she will berth at the Prince’-s Wharf to land her passengers, mails and cargo. At 10 o’clock on Monday evening the liner sails from Auckland for Sydney.

CORNWALL DUE TUESDAY.—Leaving New Plymouth this afternoon for Opua and Auckland, the Federal steamer Cornwall is due here on Tuesday afternoon to continue her loading under the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company. On March 5 she leaves here for Wellington and Napier to fill up, and is scheduled to sail finally from Napier on March 18 for London, Avonmouth, Glasgow and Liverpool, via Panama.

TOFU A SAlLS.—Shortly after 11 o’clock this morning the Union Company’s Island passenger steamer Tofua left Auckland for Fiji, Tonga and Samoa. The following passerigers sailed by the vessel :

Trouble with the crew delayed the New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Hororata. which was to have left Auckland for Bluff last evening to complete unloading cargo from London. The stokers complained that their quarters were leaking and the 3S men loft the vessel and refused to go on board again. Jn consequence the Hororata was taken to an anchorage in the stream, but was returned to King’s Wharf again this morning for repairs, and she will be dispatched for Bluff as soon as repairs are effected.
