COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waimea arrived at Gisborne at 4.30 a.m. to-day and leaves at 2 o'clock this afternoon for Auckland. She is due here on Monday and at 4 p.m., next Tuesday she leaves Auckland on her return tr| to Gisborne and Napier. The Wingatui, from Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton, arrived at Wellington today. She leaves the latter port on Monday for Auckland and is due here next Wednesday. The Kaponga is sailing from Auckland at 5 o'clock this afternoon for Greymouth. The Kekerangu is expected to arrive at Auckland at 6.30 o’clock this evening from New Plymouth to land the balance of her South Australia cargo. She leaves here next Tuesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Sydney. The Kairanga leaves Lyttelton on Tuesi day for "Wellington and Auckland!
The Kaiwarra. which arrived here this morning from Westport via Wellington and Picton, sails on Monday for Tokomaru Bay to load sheep for Lyttelton. The Waipiata is to load at Bluff on Tuesday; thence Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland.
The Kamona has been fixed to load at Greymouth on Monday for Gisborne and Auckland.
The Gunbar is expected at Auckland about Tuesday from the East Coast and sails the following day on her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays.
The Kartigi was expected to leave Greymouth at 10 o'clock this ,norning for
Auckland, where she is due next Tuesday. Messrs. Watkin and Wallis advise the Richardson steamer Awahou is due tomorrow, and will berth at King’s Wharf. The vessel is to sail on her return trip to Hick’s Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne at 5 o’clock on Tuesday evening. The Pukeko is expected from Portland on Wednesday morning, and is to sail on the same day for East Coast bays, Napier and Wairoa. The Coronation sails for Awanui today. The Herekino went on the slip yesterday for cleaning and painting. The Motu leaves for Awanui and Waipapakauri at noon to-day. The Iris left at o’clock this morning for Cook Strait to effect cable repairs. The Waiuku is to be dispatched for Motuihi at 2 p.m. to-day, and is due back at 7 p.m. To-morrow she will sail for Surfdale at 9.50 a.m.,, and arrives back at G p.m. The Hauiti is to sail at 1.45 p.m. today for Waiheke, returning at 5.30 o'clock this evening. To-morrow she is to leave for Kawau at 9.50 a.m., and arrives back at 7.30 p.m. The Omana is scheduled to sail for Waiheke ports at 1.45 p.m. to-day. She is due back in port at S o'clock to-mor-row evening. The Kawau is to sail for Ostend and Omiha at 9.50 a.m. to-morrow, and is due back at S p.m. The Rangitoto is to be dispatched for Motuihi at. 9.45 a.m. to-morrow, returning to port at 7 p.m. The Waipu leaves for Motuihi at 2 p.m. to-morrow. She is due back from Surfdale at 7.30 p.m. The Taniwha is scheduled to leave port for Paeroa at midnight to-morrow. She arrives back at 5 a.m. on Tuesday. The Claymore is to sail for Whangarei at 5.30 p.m. to-morrow evening, returning to port at & a.m. on Tuesday. The Kawau arrives at 11 o'clock this evening from Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai. The Clansman is due in port from Russell. etc., at 7 a.m. on Monday. She leaves on the return trip at 4 p.m. that day.
