CATCHES OFF MAYOR ISLAND (From Our Ou-n Correspondent) TAURAN'UA, To-day. Big game fish are very plentiful about Mayor Island, and fishing parties are having excellent sport. Recent captures made from the yacht Naomi by Col. Colon, of I/mdon, includt'd: Swordfish, weighing 379. 362 and 3521 b respectively. His companion, Mr. Preston, of Tauranga, has caught swordfish weighing 3031 b ami 2641 b, and two mako of 3031 b and 2621 b. Fishing from the yacht Virginia, Mr. W. McKelvie. of Rangitikie, caught swordfish of 2G4lb and 3581 b, and Mr. C. Mowlem, of Tauranga, a swordfish weighing 3341 b. Most of the fish put up a great fight.
