BYRD IN THE AIR AGAIN

Commander Byrd took off on an exploration flight over King Edward Land and southward beyond the mountains which he recently discovered. The two planes are the Stars and Stripes, which is a Fairchild, and the Virginia, a Fokker. Byrd is aboard the latter. The weather is perfect, with very little wind and a few feathery clouds.
