FLIGHT OVER EGYPT
FEELING IN GERMANY WHY BRITAIN REFUSED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 12.20 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. There is a certain amount of comment in the German Press to the effect that Britain has refused permission to the Graf Zeppelin to fly over Egyptian territory. The diplomatic correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” learns that Germany made no official request, and in any case there are no adequate facilities for landing or mooring the airship in Egypt.
