Justice Kennedy for restitution of conjugal rights by Ethel Eve- ; lyn Carson Baillie. Petitioner said he was married in | January, 1927. in Auckland. On his j wedding-day he left for England as school master of H.M.S. Dunedin and j on returning found his wife would have ; nothing to do with him. He was now :in H.M.S. Diomode. j Respondent was ordered to return I within 40 days.
