VISIT TO AUCKLAND

ENLARGING SUPREME COURT The Minister of Justice, the Hon. T. M. Wilford, who arrived from Wellington this morning, spent today on departmental business. One of tne subjects which was discussed was the enlargements to the Supreme Court. which has been under consideration for some time. When last in Auckland the Minister was approached by members of the Auckland Law Society, who asked that something be done to relieve the congestion at the Supreme Court. To-morrow Mr. Wilford will watch the military manoeuvres at Red Beach from the air. He is to accompany Major L. M. Isitt in a plane and will circle over the scene of the operations. An early start is to be made from the Ihumatao Airdrome.
