OLD SHELL EXPLODES
TWO WORKMEN KILLED

Two Polish workmen, who had been dismissed from their job, breaking up war material, stole back to the premises and attempted to break up a shell in order to obtain copper worth a few pence. The shell exploded and both were blown to pieces.
