-OLYMPIC RUNNERS’ TOUR {United Service) NEW YORK, Thursday. Australia and New Zealand, in a few months, will be visited by Percy Williams, Olympic sprint champion, G. Lowe, English winner of the Olympic 400 metres race, and Ralph Ball, the noted Canadian middle-distance runner. After Williams’s appearance in New York and in other eastern cities, he and his party will tour Britain and tho Continent, then Africa and the Antipodes.
