TWO CITY TEAMS STILL IN (From Our Own Correspondent) ROTORUA, Thursday. The semi-final stage of the bowling tom-nameift is now at hand. Three winners out of the five sections were found to-day, ties being recorded in the other two sections. Results are as follows: ELEVENTH ROUND Section A—Sneddon, 19, v. Allan, 14; Shirriffs, 20. v. Gordon, 13; Buckley, 21, v. Hill, 19: Moody, 21, v. Sykes, IS; Beil, 24, v. Pollard, 23. Bell won the seeSection B—Naylor. 21, v. Kerr. 36i Sheath, 24, v. Lowe. 19; Proctor, 19, v. Dick, 14; Truscott, 25, v. Keys, 20; Walker, 25, v. Stokes, 22. Truscott and Kentie. Section C—Loffley, 30, v. Davy, 12; Wynyard, 17, v. Roberts, 15; Lamb. 2S, v. Ramsey, 17; Casey. 26, v. Stubbs, 26; Russell, 28, v. Harlcness, 15. Ramsey and Frost tie. Section D—Forrest. 27, v. McKinley, 20; Pakes, 23, v. Dickson, 18; Robertson. 20, v. Graham, 14; Perry, 20, v. Cornish, 16. Harrison wins the section. Section E—Sutherland, 22, v. Ritchie, 19; Wells, 25, v. Eaves, 14: Colthurst, 24. v. Frost, 22; Loane, 19, v. Kissling, 19; Letham, 24, v. Ewington, 15. Let ham wins the section. TEAMS ?N SEMI-FINAL Section Ties—The play-off of the tie in section B between Kerr (Masterton> and 'Truscott (Carlton) resulted in a win for Kerr by 22 to 20. It was a fine game to watch. The play-off in section C between Ramsey (Dominion Road) and Frost (Carlton) resulted in a win for Frost. The winners of sections A and C. Bell (Hami'ton) and Frost (Carlton) play off to-morrow to qualify for the semi-final, the winner to play Letliam (Ponsonby). In the other semi-final Harrison (Sydney) plays Kerr (Masterton}.
