REDUCTION OF GATE CHARGE

LIMIT TO PRIVILEGE TICKETS (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. A. decision to reduce the charges for admission by 2s a ticket was made j at the Waikato Trotting Club meeting last night. The lawn enclosure now costs 7s fid for men and 5s for ladies. It is agreed that this will popularise the sport for the great bulk of patrons. The lavish distribution of complimentary tickets by clubs everywhere was denounced, and it was decided to apply limitations in future.
