TAHITI, R.M.S. sailed from Sydney January 24 for San Francisco via Wellington, Rarotonga, and Papeete: left Wellington January 29; due San Francisco February 15. COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Wainiea leaves Auckland at 5 o’clock this afternoon on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Waipahi, en route from Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton, left Wellington last evening for Auckland, where she is due on Thursday. After discharge here the vessel proceeds to Portland to load cement for Wellington and Lyttelton. The Waipiata leaves Bluff this afternoon via Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and YVellington for Auckland. The Karligi sails from Greymouth at S o’clock this evening for Wellington, Gisborne and Auckland, and should arrive here early next week. The Kaimanawa shifts to Chelsea at noon to-day and sails from Auckland at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Westport, where she loads again for this port. The Waiotapu sails from Bluff this afternoon for Wellington and Auckland, and is due here early next week to complete her discharge of Eastern cargo. The Kaitanga.ta has been fixed to load at Greymouth toward the end of this week for Napier and Auckland. The Gunbar leaves Napier to-night for Gisborne, where she loads sheep for Whangarei, thence Auckland, where she is due about Sunday. Next Monday she sails from here for Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays. The Port Bowen sails from Auckland at 10 o’clock this evening for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete her discharge of Liverpool cargo. The Taniwha sails at 8 o’clock this •evening for Paeroa. She is due back again at 1 o’clock on Thursday morning. The Claymore is to be dispatched from Aucklanda.t 6.30 p.m. to?day for Whangarei. She is due back again at 3.30 a.m. on Thursday. The Toa was to leave at noon to-day for YVhakatane. The Otimai was dispatched to-day for Kutarere and Opotiki. The Waiuku is due at 6.15 p.m. to-day from Motuihi- and Waiheke. She sails at 9.30 a.m. to-morrow for the same ports. The Rangitoto returns from Thames tit 7 o’clock this evening. At 8 a.m. on

The Omana is expected to return to Auckland from Warkworth at S o’clock this evening. The vessel will be dispatched again at 10 a.m. to-morrow for Manly. The Kawau arrives at Auckland at 10 o’clock this evening from Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana. At 10 a.m. tomorrow she sails again for Kawau, Takatu, Ti Point and Little and Big" Omaha. The IVaipu returns to Auckland at 10 a.m. to-morrow from Kerepeehi. She sails again at S a.m. on Thursday on the return trip. The Xgapuhi is due at Auckland at half-past seven to-morrow morning from Tauranga. She leaves again at halfpast six on Thursday evening on the return trip. The Apanui is due at Auckland at S o’clock to-morrow morning from Totara North. Houhora, Kaimaumau and Parenga. At 10 a.m. the same day she is scheduled to sail for Kopu and Turua. The Tiroa was to be dispatched from Auckland at noon to-day for Hicks Bav. Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Richardson steamer Awahou arrived at mid-day yesterday and berthed at King’s Wharf. She is to be dispatched on her return trip to Hicks Bav, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne at 5 o’clock this evening. The Pukeko sailed for East Coast bays.
