SEASON’S ALLOCATIONS Press Association PALMERSTON N., To-day. A.t a meeting of the North Island Poultry, Pigeon and Canary Association, the following centres were selected by ballot for the championships for the coming season: Taranaki—Black Pekin. bantams, Wyandottes, homer pigeon (colour class F). Manawatu —Homer pigeons (colour class M), Minorcas (U.), White Leghorns (IT.). Hawera —Brown Leghorns (U.), rose combed bantams, Wyandottes (coloured class). Waiuku.—Barred Rock, Buff Pekin Bantams. Taumarunui —Rhode Island Reds (U.), White Rocks (U). Onehunga—Wyandottes (one colour), Fancy Rhode Island Reds. Pukekohe —Minorcas (fancy) and another. Hamilton—Game Bantams (M.), English game, and another. Poverty Bay—Ducks (U.). and another. Wanganui White Wyandottes (fancy), English White Leghorns, working homer class (M.). Whangarei—Light Sussex Orpingtons (fancy), and another. Stratford —Orpingtons (U) and' iwo others. Wairoa —American White Leghorns. Rotorua—Elam burgs (fancy). Silver W'yandottes (U.). The allocation of show dates was held over until next meeting.
