TOWN PLANNING SCHEMES Press Association DUNEDIN, To-day. According to comment by the Hon. P. A. de la Perrelle, Minister of Internal Affairs, there is likely to be some amendment to the Town Planning Act giving local authorities wider powers to control developments within their areas.
