MAN WHO WENT BACK

OBSTINACY PUNISHED (From Our Own Correspondent) OTAHUHU, To-day. Harry Allen appeared in the Otahuhu Police Court to-day before Messrs. R. B. Todd and C. J. Kent-Johnstou. J.P.’s, charged with being found on enclosed premises last evening. Constable Nield stated that accused had been found in the yard of a private residence, and after being put oft, and escorted over a mile along the road he returned and expressed his Intention of sleeping in a shed. Allen was convicted and discharged and a prohibition order was issued.
