KINGSFORD SMITH JUST MISSES (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 1.27 p.m. PARIS, Thursday. The International Aviation League has awarded the lady aviator’s trophy to Lady Bailey for her London to the Cape flight. The aviator’s trophy went to Colonel Arturo Ferrarin, of Italy, by a majority of two votes over SquadronLeader C. E. Kingsford Smith, of Australia.
