DISTURBANCE IN STREET Albeit Edward Butler stood over a fallen man in Glasgow Terrace and waved his arms, according to witnesses in the Nlagistrate s Couit on Friday afternoon. But our other men besides Butler, R. Powell, J. F. McGrath, Mr. J. McGrath and Andrew Butler, were charged with disordedly behaviour. Mr. W. K. McKean, S.M., found that Albert Butler was the chief offender and imposed a fine of £1 10s. The other four men were fined £1 each. The magistrate remarked that Albert Butler, on his own evidence, could have been charged with assault. The five men were engaged in a dispute, and witnesses said that all seemed to bo* using bad language.
