WARSHIPS’ CRUISE
DUNEDIN AND DIOMEDE TO VISIT SOUTH (Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON, Friday. The two warships, Dunedin and Diomede, will cruise round the New Zealand coast during February, March and April. The following programme - has been arranged for them. The Dunedin M'ill cruise us follows: Leave Auckland, February 19; at Napier, February 20 to 26; at New Plymouth, February 27 to March 4; at vVestport, March 5 to 7; at Greymouth, March 7 to 9; at Milford Sound, March 10; at Dusky Sound, March 11; at Paterson’s Inlet, March 12 to 18; at Dunedin, March 19 to 26; at Lyttelton. March 27 to April 8 (seven days’ leave, one watch, New Zealand ratings); at Wellington, April 9 to If (seven days’ leave to other watch, New Zealand ratings); at Tokomaru, April 20 to 22; at Auckland, April 23. The programme for H.M.S. Diomede 18 as follows:—Leave Auckland, February 19; at Lyttelton, February 21 to March 1; at Dunedin, March 2 to 11: Jt Paterson’s Inlet. March 12 to 21; and Milford Sound. March 22; at Dusky bound, March 23: at Timaru, March 25 to April 2; at Nelson, April 3 to 8; y Pelorous Sound, April 8 to 9; at A? pier * April 10 to 18; meet Dunedin off Castle Point, April 19, for exerat Wellington, April 20 to May * (seven days’ leave to each watch, Aew Zealand ratings); at Gisborne. Vc ay 10 to 14; at Tokomaru, May 14 to 16 • Auckland, May 17.
