NOVICE MOTORIST KILLED

LORRY SOMERSAULTS OVER BANK LEARNING TO DRIVE Press Association WAIPAWA, To-day. I-lugh Spotswood, aged 16, was killed through the capsize of a lorry on the Tamumu Road this morning. Ha was learning to drive, and pulled ’off to the side of the road to allow a car to pass. He misjudged the distance and the lorry went over the bank, somersaulting and pinning him underneath, causing a fracture of the skull.
